The posts that landed thanked residents for showing up, explained what a moratorium extension actually does, listed exactly when and where to speak, and told people where the department literally moved. On growth, procedural clarity is the trust currency.

Narrate the process. None of these posts argues for or against growth. They tell residents where the decision stands, what a procedural step actually means, and exactly how to participate. When the subject is contested, the communications win is making the process legible; the posts that did that earned shares instead of arguments.
